The Urban Water Management Planning Act (California Water Code §10608–10656) requires McKinleyville Community Services District (MCSD) to update its Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) and associated Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP) every 5 years.  On August 4, 2021 the MCSD Board of Directors approved the MCSD 2020 Urban Water management Plan .

A copy of the Final 2020 UWMP and WSCP are made available for public review at the MCSD main office at:
