Joseph (Joey) Blaine is very much appreciated and admired by his peers. Throughout the 2021 year, Joey has stepped up in many ways, including taking on an IT role to creat a smooth Zoom and hybrid experience at Board meetings, learning the Accounts Payable process after a change of staffing, and implementing new technology programs at the District, including a new phone system that has saved the District thousands each month since its implementation. He is always ready to give a helping hand and is patient in teaching new things to other coworkers, especially those who may not understand the new technology very well. Joey greets every customer with a smile, and quickly learns their name to give a personal touch to each interaction.
